Account Executive Jobs in Fayetteville, NC
An Account Executive in the sales industry is responsible for managing relationships with specific customers for their organization. Their primary duties include establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, presenting product and service offerings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
