Rich in culture and cuisine, our region has been inspiring us to equip Southern Hospitality since we first went into business in 1948. MAFSI REGION 14 - West Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Wallin Foodservice Resources maintains offices in Memphis TN, and our main office in New Orleans, LA. The New Orleans and Memphis offices also have fully operational demo/training kitchens. We use these facilities to conduct regular DSR sales training, Tech service training, new product introductions, and other events. Many local chefs have also used or facilities to try out new, innovative equipment, or simply work on menu development away from the distractions of their own kitchens.
