Position Overview:
As a Flooring Sales & Estimating Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners, assess their flooring needs, provide expert guidance, and generate detailed quotes. You’ll play a key role in driving sales and maintaining AG Floors’ reputation for outstanding service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-home consultations to assess customer flooring needs

• Educate customers on flooring options and recommend appropriate solutions

• Measure project areas accurately and create detailed project estimates

• Generate and present quotes in a timely and professional manner

• Follow up with potential clients to close sales and build lasting relationships

• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flooring products, trends, and techniques

Qualifications:

• Prior flooring sales, estimating, or installation experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to accurately measure spaces and create detailed project scopes

• Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes

• Basic computer skills (email, CRM, estimating software a plus)
