What Youll Be Doing:

Drive Membership Sales Sell Hand & Stone memberships by highlighting the value of consistent self-care.
Maximize Revenue Opportunities Upsell and upgrade massage and facial clients to higher-tier services and enhancements.
Educate Clients Confidently explain service options, benefits of monthly memberships, and promotional offers.
Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience Build strong client relationships and ensure every guest leaves feeling valued.
Meet and Exceed Sales Goals Maintain a results-driven mindset with commissions and incentives for top performers.
Master the Spa Menu Know our offerings inside and out (dont worry, well train you!).
