What You’ll Do:

• Connect with customers in local retail stores — greet, engage, and provide helpful info.

• Promote energy products and services with a confident, friendly approach.

• Keep displays organized and maintain a clean, inviting sales space.

• Attend paid, in-person team training during your new hire bonus training week to jump-start your sales skills.

We’re Looking For People Who:

• Have experience in retail, food service, restaurants, or manual labor — or no experience at all!

• Enjoy talking to people and making personal connections.

• Are dependable, show up ready to learn, and have a positive attitude.

• Can stand up to 6 hours per shift and lift 30 lbs.

• Have reliable transportation to and from store locations.

• Are able to attend mandatory in-person team training sessions (especially the first week).

• Are comfortable wearing a provided uniform and badge during work hours.

No Sales Experience? That’s a Plus.
