• Close high-value HVAC system sales through in-home consultations .
• Leverage provided pre-qualified leads to generate revenue no cold calling.
• Educate homeowners on energy efficiency, heating, cooling, and air quality solutions .
• Present flexible financing options to help customers invest in their home comfort.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from consultation to contract.
• Collaborate with top-tier installation teams to ensure smooth job completion.

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience required (HVAC, Solar, Windows, Roofing, or similar).
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding performance targets .
• Strong consultative selling skills ability to build rapport and close high-ticket deals.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to customer homes in a company-provided vehicle .
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule , including evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check .
