We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our expanding team and contribute to driving our company's sales growth. In this role, you'll actively connect with potential clients, assess their hiring needs, and present tailored solutions that showcase the value of the iHire Talent Acquisition Platform. 

Your responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and educating prospects about our products. What You Will Do: 

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). 

  • Actively connect with leads including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, tradeshows, and referrals. 

  • Research key decision-makers and target companies in specific industries. 

  • Build relationships with potential clients by understanding their unique hiring needs and offering tailored solutions. 

  • Follow a clear sales process while being flexible to adjust for company and client needs. 

  • Keep CRM updated with accurate sales activities and client interactions. 

  • Deliver engaging product demos via phone and web, explaining how iHire’s solutions solve hiring challenges. 

  • Work with internal teams like Customer Success and Marketing to ensure a smooth client experience from onboarding to ongoing support. 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position iHire as a top Talent Acquisition solution. 

  • Provide excellent client service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns quickly. 

  • Represent iHire at virtual and in-person conferences, typically twice a year. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, especially in roles with direct customer interaction. 

  • Passionate about discovering new leads and opportunities, excited to connect with potential clients, and confident in cold-calling and building new relationships while overcoming challenges. 

  • Skilled at tailoring messages, identifying client needs, and engaging stakeholders.  

  • Experienced in delivering sales presentations, demos, and building relationships across various platforms. 

  • Self-motivated and enjoys working independently to meet both personal and team sales goals. 

  • Quick learner, eager to master new products, services, and sales techniques with a focus on improvement. 

  • Collaborates with sales teams to develop strategies and find innovative ways to improve performance. 

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Gong, PandaDoc, ZoomInfo) is a plus. 

  • Open to occasional travel for conferences, client meetings, and company events.
