Generally, we start with market research to determine what is most important to customers and to compare the company to its competition. We then develop a strategy for growth. The tools we use include: list expansion and market research through our call center, emails, websites, SEO, customer satisfaction surveys, social media, automated marketing tools, analytics reports, videos, and media relations. We monitor our progress and obtain feedback through regular conference calls with clients.
