Pearl Real Estate was founded in 2000 by three long-time friends – Pritesh Patel, Mitesh Raichada, and Samir Lavani – who pooled their resources and talents to create a special kind of company.
Unlike many hotel companies, we develop, construct, and operate our properties. By serving as our own general contractor, we’re able to maintain higher standards with greater efficiencies. And by involving our operations staff in the design phase, we’re able to dramatically increase the functionality and comfort of our hotels.
