The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company. This role involves prospecting potential customers, following up on leads, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will be confident, goal-oriented, and have a passion for business development.
Responsibilities:
+ Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound calling and emailing
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
+ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads
+ Track and report on business development activities and results
+ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
Requirements
+ Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
+ Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
+ Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
