Job Title: Manager, Sales & Business Analysis - UGG Reports to: Sr. Manager, Sales Planning & Analysis, FLG & HOKA Location: Remote Interested applicants must reside in one of the following approved states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington The Role The Manager, Sales & Business Analysis will lead with analytics to drive business impact through data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to optimize sales and product performance across the NA Marketplace. They will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, merchandising, finance and our VP/GM's to unlock growth opportunities and enhance business performance. They will also drive the creation and implementation future business strategies for the NA Wholesale Market, that will help meet the organization's financial targets. Strategies will be created with Marketplace/Account/Channel and Category goals in mind, and will be based on strong sales analytics, in depth knowledge of the market/retailers, and forward-looking consumer trends. They will partner with Sales, Brand, Merchandising, Consumer Insights, Integrated Planning and Finance, to align strategies, gain insights, manage risks, and report results. Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Planners, creating a culture of continuous improvement, analytical rigor, and collaboration. 2. Partnering with North America Leadership to Plan the Future, through long range planning process. 3. Leading projects to improve efficiency and insights through new technology and streamlined processes. 4. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
