About this opportunity:
Ericsson (formerly Cradlepoint) is looking for a highly motivated National Partner Manager to join our America's Partner Organization. This role is responsible for developing and growing Ericsson's revenue and mindshare within CDW. This person will work in partnership with an existing CDW partner account manager, our regional channel team and the field sales organization. The role reports directly to the Senior Director of Channel Sales for the West and Central region. Ericsson is looking for a high performer who is a team player, customer centric, accountable and seeks to consistently overachieve.
What You Will Do
- Engage and grow the Ericsson business with CDW to support our business goals and execute partner sales strategies specific to the Americas region
- Develop, enable, and support CDW to drive partner sourced, influenced and fulfilled revenue
- Build go-to-market business plans, lead business reviews, develop lead generation campaigns and collaborate with the partner sales teams to develop pipeline velocity
- Provide executive alignment with key stakeholders
- Work closely with our field sales teams on development, tracking, and reporting goals and objectives, forecasts, key metrics and definitions of success with CDW
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including SE organization, sales, marketing, customer success, renewals) to deliver a world class experience for the partner
The Skills You Bring
- Energetic, self-directed, detail oriented and passionate sales professional with 5-10 years of channel experience
- Experience and proven track record of success in developing and growing CDW revenue through a joint business plan
- Expertise in building channel networks and leveraging partner programs to drive
- Understanding and exposure to mature channel ecosystems (eg - Distribution, SI, MSP, technology alliances and carriers)
- Comfortable presenting effectively and persuasively in front of audiences, both technically and non-technically oriented
- Extensive network with CDW and a willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time to accelerate sales
- Expertise in the fixed wireless and private cellular space is a plus

Your Pay
The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
- $115,000 - $155,000
SIP: Your pay also includes the opportunity for sales incentives as a part of Ericsson's Sales Incentive Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Your Health
Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
