Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and provide excellent service.

• Assist with energy product knowledge and promotions.

• Achieve sales goals and maintain store appearance.

• Work collaboratively with team members.

Qualifications:

• No experience required; sales or retail background is a plus.

• Strong communication and a positive attitude.

• Willingness to learn and grow.

Job Requirements & Expectations:

• Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours per shift and lift up to 30 pounds.

• Reliable transportation to and from assigned store locations is required.

• Scheduled shifts must be worked as assigned.

• Mandatory weekly team training sessions (in person).

• Required uniform and badge must be worn during all shifts.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
