- Proven track record selling to Industrial OEM’s, and interfacing with engineering, procurement, and leadership teams at each organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Conduct frontline assessments of market conditions and communicate insights to the team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and competitor activities; perform sales and marketing research and benchmarking as needed.
- Highlight key features and benefits of products/services, provide price quotes, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and reports.
- Support the outside sales team with additional inside sales or warranty tasks as required.
- Provide KPI within the territory.
- Manage travel expenses.
- Participate in creating sales forecasts within assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in business administration or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas industry
- Proven track record selling to Industrial OEM’s, and interfacing with engineering, procurement, and leadership teams at each organization.
- Direct selling to Industrial accounts.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge working with Syspro or similar ERP software strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership qualities
