Job Description
The Dealer Sales Rep (DSR) is an outside sales role tasked to develop, maintain, and grow relationships with customers. This position will report to the Area General Manager and covers Orlando and Central Florida
Key Functions:
The DSR promotes and sells Weyerhaeuser proprietary and third-party products to our dealer partners. The DSR owns the dealer relationship and buyer relationship with key customers. The DSR safely delivers superior value to customers in support of primary demand efforts and profitably grows their book of business. The DSR coordinates efforts with local dealers and customers on all building products supported out of Weyerhaeuser Distribution. Where needed, they leverage the technical resources within the Division to work any specific technical issues and/or automation issues.
Serving the residential, multi-family and light commercial markets, our Wood Products businesses manufactures a wide range of structural framing materials and provides seamless building solutions, from design to installation to support. These teams move fast, work smart and never stop pushing to be and stay number one in the industry

- Minimum three years sales experience with more strongly preferred
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts, including building and maintaining executive relationships, developing programs and promotions, negotiating solutions to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
- Solid team player, partners well with inside and outside sales teams
- Ability to listen and respond appropriately
- Ability to collaborate across organizational and functional boundaries
- Possesses a solid level of expertise concerning distributed third-party products; Fiber Cement, Decking, variety of wood-based panel products, cedar and steel rebar
- Knowledge of structural frame wood products, Cedar, Fiber Cement, and specialty board and pattern products
- Ability to execute market pull-through activities
- Aggressively looks for opportunities to up-sell
- Understands and can articulate the financial drivers of retail, wholesale and construction industry
- Ability to analyze the customer's business and develop solutions through Weyerhaeuser products and services
- Must be a top seller among peers
- Effective presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent consultative sales process skills

What We Offer...
Compensation : This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $68,000 - $102,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Sales Incentive Program, which offers a quarterly cash bonus targeting 43% of base pay.

Paid Time Off or Vacation : We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
