Bound Tree Medical is seeking an Associate Pricing Analyst to focus on executing pricing requests, maintaining contract compliance, and ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions.
Hybrid Schedule: M&F home office based, T-TH in office

ResponsibilitiesSummary:
The Associate Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting pricing strategies and bid submissions for EMS providers. This role focuses on executing pricing requests, maintaining contract compliance, and ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable balancing administrative and analytical responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and operational efficiency, directly supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As a key contributor to the fastest-growing segment of our business, your efforts will refine workflows, improve operational efficiency, and influence critical decision-making processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Submit bids on time while ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations.
- Match customer product needs with appropriate items while ensuring margin targets are met.
- Ensure all bids and pricing requests meet compliance standards and company policies.
- Gather and validate competitive intelligence to support pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to finalize pricing proposals.
- Maintain data accuracy across pricing tools, contract databases, and bid documentation.
- Assist in identifying pricing discrepancies and opportunities for margin improvement.
- Partner with Sales and Leadership to define and execute pricing strategies.
- Work across departments to streamline processes and resolve challenges.
- Drive innovation in pricing, contract management, and bid submission processes.
- Complete special projects and ad hoc requests to support evolving business needs.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (equivalent work experience considered).
- 1-2 years of proven success in queue management, analytics, or deal execution, with a strong track record of managing high-volume workflows, analyzing data for insights, and ensuring timely and accurate decision-making. Pricing experience is a plus but not required.
- Capacity to manipulate data within Excel using vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Skilled in interpreting data, identifying trends, and applying critical thinking to drive actionable solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, maintaining accuracy and delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Creative and resourceful in developing innovative solutions to drive continuous process improvements.
- Skilled at crafting compelling reports tailored for key stakeholders.
