As a Key Account Manager (Business Development Assistant - Off Trade) at Edrington, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our portfolio and brand presence, facilitating & advising the distributor in Delhi/North. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in the premium/luxury goods sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the market.
Make an Impact
Day to day you will be responsible for the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers. Understand client needs, preferences, and business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, expanding the brand's reach along with long-lasting relationships with decision-makers, regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns.
- Facilitate effective strategies to achieve targets within the region & act as a bridge between the company and local businesses, fostering development and execution of effective strategies to entail brand achievements
- Monitor market trends and market activity, providing regular reports and insights & identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Act as the point of contact to the wider teams and Distributor to facilitate execution
- Monitor performance metrics and generate ideas for corrective actions as needed, stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and brand activities
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for expansion, leverage insights entailing the tailoring of offerings and strategies for each account and feedback to the wider team
- Facilitating collaboration with clients to plan activities, facilitating optimization of product placement and visibility within the off-trade channel
Your Talent and Skills
To be successful in this role you will be a passionate professional with a demonstrable track record of strong understanding of Business development, relationship management and category management. Previous experience in alcobev luxury space will be considered an advantage. We are looking for an innovative individual with great commercial skills, positive can-do attitude, impeccable time management skills and flexible approach to duties. You will be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a wider team.
