- Please note this is a full-time hourly position, not salaried
What does the ROLE entail?
Includes but is not limited to:
- Responsible for providing administrative support to and working closely with a team of Sales Managers
- Maintaining calendars/meeting schedules
- Drafting contracts and proposals
- Researching client group history
- Assisting with the arrangement of site inspections
- Monitor Phones, voicemails, sales mailbox.
- Coordinate account client needs and client events
- Maintain files, systems and communication to other departments as directed by Sales Managers
- May assist in selling guestrooms, meeting rooms, and additional services to companies or groups as needed.
- Effectively and efficiently following up on proposals, contracts, appointments, and all assigned tasks
- Assist Sales & Marketing Team in tracking, curating, and creating engaging social media content
- Assist Sales & Marketing Team collaboration across hotel departments to engage with and grow the hotels online presence

Your EXPERIENCE:
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Team player.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1 year sales/administrative or coordinator experience required, preferably in a hotel capacity.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant customer service role preferred.
- Strong organization and computer skills required.
- Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
- Must be outgoing and a proven self-starter.
