Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Inc. seeks a CRM Business Development Manager to manage, create, update, and maintain updated reports (Power Bi platform) with quick turnaround and high visibility. Work cross-functionally across Sales Operations, Business Lines, functions, countries, zones, and regions to build relationships to develop best practices for data collection, reporting, and analysis. Serve as a key member of the Commercial Operations Team. Advise and execute plans to improve and streamline processes and tools. Be the key subject matter expert for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process and tools, including liaising with key stakeholders (IT, Data Governance, SCM, and Finance), driving process/tool strategy, and managing daily and long-term strategy. Up to 10% Domestic and International travel required. Remote work permitted. The position requires a Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Business Development Manager, CRM Data Analyst, or a related occupation. The position requires experience with the following: Power BI; Data Analysis; Finance; CRM (Customer Relationship Management); Marketing Management, Competitive Market Analysis, and Business Management.
