• Knowledge of tire and wheel industry.
• Sales/marketing experience
• Sales service experience with multi-location shipping points.
• Knowledge working with Syspro or similar ERP software strongly preferred.
• Working directly with buyer in a national account setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities.
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
• Conduct frontline assessments of market conditions and communicate insights to the team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and competitor activities; perform sales and marketing research and benchmarking as needed.
• Address and resolve customer and buyer concerns and objections throughout the procurement process.
• Product support
• Highlight key features and benefits of products/services, provide price quotes, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and reports.
• Support the outside sales team with additional inside sales or warranty tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in business administration or a related field.
• Working directly with buyer in a national account setting.
• Sales/marketing experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Sales service experience with multi-location shipping points.
• Knowledge working with Syspro or similar ERP software strongly preferred.
