D2D Telecom Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales in Defined Territories: Conduct door-to-door outreach in clearly assigned residential zones of the Houston area, introducing customers to our high-quality telecom services.
- Leverage Bilingual Skills: Engage customers in both English and Spanish, expanding your reach and building rapport with Houston’s diverse community.
- Exceed Targets & Earn Big: Apply your proven sales techniques to meet and surpass weekly and monthly goals. With uncapped commissions and a negotiable pay plan, your success directly boosts your earnings – the sky’s the limit!
- Mentorship & Leadership: Showcase your leadership potential by helping to train and motivate new sales reps as we grow. You’ll be a go-to expert in the field, sharing tips and strategies, and positioning yourself for promotion into a Team Leader or Sales Manager role.
Qualifications:
- D2D sales experience in Telecom.
- Proven experienced with Xfinity, AT&T, Spectrum or other telecommunications companies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish: Not mandatory
- Leadership Mindset: You’re the kind of person who can inspire a team and is ready to grow into a leadership position.
