Business Development Representative (BDR) (US)

What We Are Looking For:

Capelli Sport is looking for a Business Development Representative Intern to join our business development team for our Corporate Office in South Hackensack. You will be joining a direct sales team responsible for research, outreach and communication within the youth and amateur soccer space with a goal to generate business opportunities. This internship role will be hourly paid up to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively reach out to prospects via email, text, phone & LinkedIn to educate them on Capelli Sport product/service offerings with the goal of producing qualified sales calls for Sales Executive and Business Development Manager.
2. Present Capelli Sport to potential clients by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Qualify those prospects to determine whether they’re a good fit or not.
3. Track important call data and information, organize and take thorough notes on prospects in Salesforce (CRM Platform).
4. Learn the Capelli Sport Sales Script and Company profile to lead prospect through discovery and give insight on the best products for good fit potential customers.
5. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives/Account Managers.
6. Be a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams.
