Essentials Duties & Responsibilities:
· Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
· Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
Candidate Requirements:
· Proven outside sales experience is required.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.
· Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
·Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check.
